Without doubt, food is one of the most important, inevitable part of our life. Food fills us up, makes us happy, freshens our mood, and more importantly gives you all those vital elements +that body requires for growth and development. Since, it is one of our Health building thing, one should consider quality fooding as the most important part in  their life. When it comes to food, people want it to be fresh, healthy, good and tasty as well. So, quality food is an absolute essential for today’s people. Different diseases could be cured and prevented by quality food. You may know the importance of quality food even more if you work in the food and quality service or hospitability service. Every detail of components of food is extremely important.


Now, quality food solely refers to those food which have necessary nutritive values required for body building process. Now, basically all the essential compositions and contents are printed on the packaged goods. Quality foods should be examined by the concerned authority. Bad foods have adverse effect on our health and life-style. It may lead from food-poison from death as well. Quality food is regarded as fuel for life. Quality food is important to us because of:

  • Quality Food acts as a preservative walls for fighting diseases.
  • It provides necessary heat and energy required for the body.
  • It regulates body processes and helps in proper functionality of the body system.
  •  Quality food helps us to maintain the hormone level and other things like body temperature, salts, limits of hormones etc.

In our context of living, food should contain all kinds of elements like vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, iron, salts etc. Food that could fulfill our hunger as well as flourish our health are :
  • Milk and dairy products.
  •  Meat, fish or egg may be a great source for non-vegetarian people but all vegetarian people can still depend on beans, grams, lentils .
  •  Rice, Wheat, Barley, Potatoes are great source of Carbohydrates.
  •  Fruits provide many essential nutrients needed for the body.
  •  Green and leafy vegetables are great source of rich minerals and salts.
